This male adapter is made of durable, corrosion-resistant CPVC material. Used to adapt female pipe threads to CPVC tubing in cold water applications only. Solvent weld design makes it easy for DIY plumbing projects and installation.

• Hot or changing water temperatures may occur, utilize the recommended transition unions
• PTFE thread tape is the accepted method of sealing pipe threads on CPVC fittings
• Do not use with compressed air or other gases
